It's completely random and doesn't follow any logic as to why it selected this label size. If I click in the drop down and select the other label printer, the Size changes to something completely different - not even the default or any default that I can see associated with the label printer. When I click Print in Crystal Reports, the Print Setup window that appears correctly displays the assigned printer and associated settings (see attached Untitled1.png).

The printer has been assigned and the label size has been assigned. In Page Setup on the report, it's been assigned to one of the installed shared printers on the server. This label size has been configured as the default in Printing Defaults in two different places under Printer Properties. We are using label stock 30347 which is a 1 x 1.5 inch label. They are both installed on the server in the same way by browsing to the computer, right clicking on the printer, and Connect.
